Overview

The walk sets off along Chapel Lane and then onto the raised banks of the River Aire going eastwards towards Airmyn and is relatively free from mud with great views of the surrounding countryside.  After about 3 miles our route proceeds along field paths and quiet tracks, with a small amount of road walking, eventually looping back onto the river bank towards Rawcliffe.
