A walk from Ringwood centre via Blashford Lake, Rockford and Rockford Common, mainly level with some gentle hills. Wooded and open heathland with some good views from Rockford Common. Bring packed lunch.

There are toilets and refreshments available at the car park and at Rockford.
Meet in the Long Stay car park. If coming by bus, this is north west from the bus stops across the Short Stay car park.
