We are the Bath Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Join us for a social walk before our post-Christmas lunch at The Boathouse.
Some paths will be muddy, so walking boots are recommended, and you may find walking poles helpful, if you use them. One short ascent as we head up to Carrs Wood, and then a short descent to return to the river path.
If you'd like to bring a flask of coffee or tea, we can have a stop for hot drinks in Carrs Wood.
No need to book for the walk, which is open to members and non-members.

Meet outside The Boathouse, Newbridge Road, Bath BA1 3NB. Arrive by Park and Ride bus, or park in the free pub car park and enter your car reg on the tablet in the bar, or in Car Park A at the Newbridge Park and Ride (£2.00 for up to 3 hours, £3.00 for all day, payable via the MiPermit website from home, or via card, coins, or mobile at the car park. There are toilets in Car Park A (20p, payable by coins or card).
