Overview

 

We begin our journey by traversing the historic Brompton Cemetery en route to Hammersmith Bridge. Upon reaching the bridge, we join the Thames Path along the river's south bank, continuing until the confluence of the River Thames and the River Wandle. From this point, we follow the Wandle Trail toward Tooting. Please bring a packed lunch.  Pub stop at the end of the walk.
