Overview

Meet at the Rock Quarry council car park at the western end of Rock village, SW 928 758. Inland over the dunes and golf courses, picnic on the beach at Polzeath and then return on the coast path. Low tide is at about 2.30 pm so we should finish on sand. An easy walk of about 6 miles. Possible coffee stop at the end.
