Rothbury to Thropton and return via the upland terraces and woodland.
Paths, tracks, roads and woodland, one steep climb up to the terraces and return to Rothbury via woodland paths.
Coffee stop.
Picnic lunch at the end of the walk or plenty of choices in Rothbury.
