Roxwell Brisk Walk (Figure of 8)

As this is the Christmas period I thought I would offer something different. A 5 mile walk with the intention of walking at 3 mph, for those who wish to try this for the first time. I hope the usual Brisk walkers will join this walk and we will do a second 5 mile circuit immediately afterwards at our usual 3+ mph. PLEASE NOTE the 9.30 start.
