Overview

This is the first of the monthly ‘Wellbeing Walks’

These walks are very short and are measured by time and not distance.

From Sainsbury’s we will head to Prince of Wales Dock and return via the Norwegian Church and Sail Bridge.

Social after walk:

Afterwards, we will go for refreshments into Sainsbury’s for a coffee/tea.
