This Sunday we are exploring Dartmouth Park and Sandwell Valley mainly on tarmac, gravel and woodland paths, hardly any mud!, virtually no road walking and no stiles.

Directions(Google maps): Main Car Park, Salter's Lane, West Bromwich. Postcode: B71 4BG From your location take M6 south and then M5. Exit M5 at junction 1 West Bromwich. Keep in right hand lane on slip road and go right round island to take A41 signed to West Bromwich etc, also brown sign for Sandwell Park Farm. After ¾ mile at footbridge take slip road up to island keep in left hand lane then take first exit then first exit at next island, Congregation Way, then right at next island continue 400 yards then take first exit at next island into Reform Street after 200 yards turn right in front of Crown & Cushion into Lloyd Street which becomes Dagger Lane, after 400 yards turn right into Salter's Lane, after 100 yards turn right into Country Park and car park is 500 yards on right. Parking Fee £2.00
