Overview

Leisurely walk, down steps to Ogmore river, along river and across footbridge to Glanrhyd Hospital grounds (public access) then by minor roads and footpath up gentle slope over Sarn Common back to start.

The footpath down to the river crosses the railway line to Maesteg.
