NLSH Ramblers is a really friendly group, whose members all share a love of walking and the countryside. You’ll always receive a warm welcome from us, whether you want to walk with us regularly or from time to time.
My favourite local walk with fine views across undulating countryside, passing through woods, fields and a golf course. From Essendon towards West End, across Essendon golf course to Howe Green and returning via Little Berkhamsted. Please bring a drink and a snack for a coffee stop.
START TIME the walk starts at 10:00 and ends around 13:00. During British Summer Time some Apple devices will show times an hour later: this problem has been reported to Ramblers IT but it is unlikely to be fixed any time soon.
NON-MEMBERS are welcome to walk with us. Ramblers' policy is to provide you with three 'taster' walks, and if you continue to walk with us after that time you may be asked to join.
