Overview

A scenic walk from Newtown St Boswells through woodland, across the Tweed and up to the Wallace Statue. Then across fields towards Bemersyde and up to Scott’s View. Returning through fields and alongside the river. Terrain is a mix of woodland, farm tracks, grassy fields and short bits of tarmac road. Spectacular views of the Eildons and wide vistas.

Boots & poles recommended as terrain is uneven and muddy if wet.
