Walk B. Sedbergh circular: Settlebeck Gill, Arant Haw, The Calf (2230’), Ram’s Gill, Bowderdale Head, Cautley Beck, Ellerthwaite, Underbank, Sedbergh. 11½ miles. 2800’ ascent. Strenuous. Leader Simon.

Walk C. Sedbergh circular: Millthrop, A Pennine Journey along the River Dee, Barth Bridge, Dales High Way. 944’ ascent. 8½ miles. Moderate. Leader Ian.

Walk D. Sedbergh circular: River Rawthey Brigflatts, High Oaks, Ingmire Hall, Under Winder, Lockbank Farm, Sedbergh. 6½ miles. Easy. Leader Geoff.

Coach will leave Sedbergh (main car park) at 6 p.m.
