Overview

Hi everyone, this week we are on a leisurely circular walk of 7.0 miles with Jean exploring the Sherbrook Valley from The German Cemetery. As usual on The Chase we are on generally good paths with one stiff uphill section. Expect a little mud in places. No stiles.

Directions: Cannock Chase German Military Cemetery, Brocton, Cannock. WS12 4PT Most people will know this venue but if in doubt follow directions below from our normal meeting point. From Hednesford Station Car Park, 46 Anglesey Street, Hednesford, Cannock WS12 1AA Turn left out of car park then left into Market Street, after 150m turn right at mini island into Station Road. After 850m turn left into Bradbury Lane, continue for 1.8k (becomes Broadhurst Green) to crossroads where go straight on (offset half right) for a further 1.2k. At crossroads go straight on into Camp Road, after 180m turn right, German Cemetery car park is 400m on left.
