Overview

A gently undulating clockwise route exploring the quiet countryside northeast of Newport Pagnell, staring from the village of Sherington. Following parts of the Ouse Valley & Three Shires Ways, we follow the Great River Ouse west for a short while before turning north towards Tyringham and Emberton Country Park where we will stop for lunch (toilets, picnic area and cafe). We return across very rural open farmland using tracks and footpaths forming large parts of the Mike Mellor Way back to Sherington. several stiles and pne major road crossing. Please bring a packed lunch ( or use Emberton CP Cafe).
