We are the North West Kent Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starts at Shorne Woods Country Park CP - £3 charge payable by cash, card or Ringo and PaybyPhone apps (subject to "convenience" charge). Toilets available. Cafe should be open at end of walk. EX163. This circular walk takes in Cobham Wood, Ranscombe Farm Reserve, Ashenbank Wood and Shorne Woods. A few hills. Mainly woodland but some fine views from an open stretch of the Farm Reserve in the morning if the weather is fair. Lunch at the Darnley Arms, Cobham or bring a picnic to eat in the churchyard opposite.
There is no need to book to come on this walk. Just turn up on the day.
