Walk details: This walk is a reasonably easy going walk with only one slight incline – passing Currie Kirk, taking in the first part of the Lymphoy path, and going up into the shelter belt route and along farmland paths which comes out onto Harlaw Road. We walk down the road and enter Sawpit wood which takes us back on to the Lymphoy path, then going through the Maleny Gardens and then through the Rugby Grounds, and bridge over the Water of Leith, into the High School grounds, and coming out on to the Water of Leith walkway back to the start at Currie.
If anyone is unable to complete the walk, one can leave when we reach Malleny and once we cross the bridge through the school grounds, can walk through to the bus stop on the main road.
