Overview

A lovely and fairly flat walk, much of it by the River Onny, and across the fields to the village of Wistanstow, and then returning to Craven Arms by the new and well-designed Flow Bridge across the railway.

Discovery Centre Car Park (donations). Coming from the south, the Discovery Centre is signposted on the A49 - take the first turn right in Craven Arms, and right again. From the north, go through the town, and straight over the roundabout with the C/Arms pub on the right. Then first turn left, and then right into the car park.
