Overview

A fairly flat walk through fields and along some minor roads. We start off towards Oakhall Green and then head along the top of Monkwood to descend through the Bulmers cider orchards to Wichenford before returning via Monkwood Green.

It will be muddy in parts and some fields are waterlogged.

There are about 8 stiles.

Lunch is available afterwards at The Open Ditch in Sinton Green. Those patronising the pub after the walk can park there. Others need to park on roads within the village but please do not park on the side next to the Green.
