The next stretch of the South Downs Way, following an undulating path over two sets of grassy hills, with a section of flatter land in between. The final few hilltops and descent into Seaford will offer pleasing views of the sea, foregrounded by lush, contoured barley fields. Another long walk demanding a good level of fitness, though with plenty of daylight to play with, there won't be any particular rush.
A dip at the end if anyone fancies it.
Pub stop half way and at end. Please bring a packed lunch.
