Overview

The start is a pleasant Avenue walk from Southbourne to Tuckton, then along the Stour and through Solent Meads golf course to Hengistbury Head.  We walk along the harbourside, then return along the top of the Head, following the coast line, then dropping down to the promenade at its beginning, back to Southbourne.
