Overview

Kelstedge - Ashover - Ogston Reservoir - Brackenfield - Wessington - Wheatcroft - Lea - Dethick - Riber -Matlock

Mainly on decent footpaths across fields with the odd section on minor roads for short distances where care will still be required. Hopefully the herons will be in residence at Ogston which is well worth the visit alone. There is the occasional uphill climb but nothing of real significance, it's more about distance than altitude gained. We will encounter stiles on route.
