Continuing our journey along the King Charles III coast path. A remote section of coast, we shall follow the railway line, partly on track partly on the stony beach, passing below the Sellafield site. No facilities en route.
Exposed and remote section of coastline. We will walk on some sections of stony beach which could be a little awkward.
10:00am starting time to be confirmed as may adjust to coincide with train from Carlisle - dependent on rail timetable nearer the time (update on repairs to Bransty Tunnel)
St Bees Railway station (car park details to confirm)
Seascale station 15:00 to catch 1523 train back to St Bees
