We are the Sleaford Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Circular 9.75 mile walk in the Lovedon wapentake.
The full walk: Starting at Hough-on-the-Hill, and taking in the locations of Gelston, passing Loveden Hill, Gelston Grange, Brandon, Caythorpe & Frieston
Mixture of footpaths across grazing land, woodland & fields, tracks, minor roads and crossing main roads. There is a steep incline down and up at Gelston.
10 styles - 2 can potentially be avoided.
Require walking boots and suggest walking poles for various places.
Boggy woodland area and other in places, and sticky cultivated fields, after rainfall.
