This is a linear walk between two East Ayrshire villages.
Most of the walk is on quiet country roads with some undulation. There is a small section of woodland as we leave Stewarton and enter Lainshaw Woods and as we approach Dunlop we will enter Templehouse Woodland. Some of the paths through the Woods are muddy.
There are lovely views of the Ayrshire and Arran countryside.
Dunlop is a quaint village full of character.
