Overview

A walk from Streatley Hill across the Ridgeway Hills to the River Thames. (This is a change from the previously posted walk because the pub we'd planned to visit is closed for refurbishment.)

From the Streatley Hill car park we will cross a golf course to reach The Ridgeway. From there we cross downland country with fine views to the riverside village of Moulsford. A pretty stretch of the River Thames will lead us to Streatley where we may stop for drinks at the Coppa Club. There will be a final short, sharp climb up Lardon Chase to the car park.

This is a repeat of a walk that I lead last year but with a modified middle section to make it slightly shorter and more sheltered in case of very warm weather.
