We are the Exeter and District Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This is an easy circular walk using footpaths, fields and quiet lanes, no hills. After leaving the car park the walk follows the Devonshire Heartland Way then we cross the railway and continue on footpaths before briefly joining a road, then a track - Bidwell Lane. The walk continues on footpaths through farmland before reaching Winscott Cross and the road back to Newton St Cyres. At the end of the walk lunch/refreshments at The Beer Engine OPTIONAL.
