This is the fourth in the Sunday mountain fitness series of five walks aimed at improving fitness and stamina. Each walk is progressively longer and faster.
This is a fast paced walk from Goring-by-Sea to Shoreham. The walk builds on people's fitness gained from the previous three walks. The walk consists of a number of mini peaks with undulating terrain. Several sea views throughout the day.
