Overview

Teifi Trail Day 1 

Circular walk at Teifi Pools, the source of the River Teifi, and the start of the Teifi Trail in the Cambrian Mountains above Strata Florida, and which ends at Poppit Sands near St Dogmael's. Terrain mainly moorland.

We will car share from Priory Street car park in Carmarthen, leaving at 9.00am. 

The return journey is 80 miles - car share contribution £7.00.

Estimated return time to Priory Street is 5.00pm.
