We are the Bury St Edmunds Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Please meet outside The Forest Retreat café for a circular walk past the River Thet flood meadows then down to the river, across farmland towards West Harling, then back through the forest, Since it's been a wet start to the year there will be some mud, but it's not sticky and you should get back with cleanish boots. The café will be open at the start and finish and toilets are available.
When you arrive at the road through the forest, look out for a left turn signpost to Forest Holidays. You can park outside the café if there is space otherwise there is plenty of parking around the back.
