Overview

This Amble takes the footpath to Whisby Nature Park. The route loops around Thorpe Lake leaving the Park at the crossroads.  From there the way crosses fields back towards Thorpe then out to Tunman Wood before returning to the start. This southern loop gives long views across the countryside towards the Cliff.

To ensure a timely return for the mince pies the Amble is flat and just 4 miles long.  It is easy walking with no stiles. There is short lengths of road walking, most with a footway.
