Overview

Starting at Bildeston Village Hall, our walk takes us through the village, past the church and along a variety of field paths, tracks and quiet lanes with views across the gently rolling mid-Suffolk countryside to the hamlet of Kettlebaston.  From there we head south on a hedge-lined path to Monks Eleigh, through the churchyard and the main part of the village, with its delightful mix of houses.  From there we head on a roadside path to Chelsworth with its attractive manor house and church and historic bridge, and then back across the fields to Bildeston.
