We are the Taunton Deane Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
I will be leading my first walk which will start at Thurlbear Church where on street parking adjacent to the church is available. The walk is approximately 4 miles, generally flat with only one stile. There are a few areas where the footing is a bit tricky primarily due to exposed tree roots.
The walk is a loop of Thurlbear woods and if we’re lucky we should be treated to lots of English bluebells and wild primroses.
We are welcome to visit the church prior to the walk and are encouraged to sign the visitors book.
