Overview

From Thursley, we make our way through the Thursley Nature Reserve to Thursley Common. We will walk along the Dragonfly and Heath trails, stop for a short snack break before continuing on to Hankley Common, Kettlebury Hill and back to the start.

This is a unique area with plenty to see from Heathland to WW2 buildings to the location of a James Bond film set. While relatively short, some parts of the route are sandy and there are one or two short climbs. There are no stiles. A lot of the route is exposed so please be prepared for the conditions. Please bring a snack for the short break.
