We are the Badenoch & Strathspey Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Condense cars and drive past the High School to the minor road leading left to the Braes, parking opposite the moorland gate at OS 27 NJ 048339. Walk starts down the minor road for about three-quarters of a mile to the start of the track at Knock of Auchnahannet. It is a good estate track which leads up the back of the hill; the last section is faint as we traverse the heather to the top. There are good views from the cairn at the top. Return by the same route.
