Overview

Circular walk to Bushy Park and the Pheasantry Woodland Gardens in their glorious autumn colours. This is a gentle walk, starting about 11.30am outside Pheasantry Cafe.

Bring sandwiches, or option of cafe lunch at Pheasantry Cafe after the walk (toilets available) before returning to Teddington.

There will be a short introduction on Vic's life and his work as a scientist at the National Physical Laboratory, followed by a tree walk to see his favourite trees and identify special trees including Champion trees in the woodland garden.

I hope you can join us for this walk in Vic's memory. Many of you will remember him as a walk leader and Secretary of Richmond Ramblers for 12 years.
