This is a moderate 8.5 mile walk along a section of the River Trent, visiting East Bridgford and Kneeton with splendid views (weather permitting!).

There will be a refreshment stop and a lunch break, so bring a drink, snack and picnic lunch.

2nd left past Gunthorpe Bridge into East Bridgford via Trent Lane, turn left at the junction and follow the road down to the river. Before you reach the barrier you will see parking places.
