Tring Park

A picturesque walk starting off on The Ridgeway via King Charles' Ride. We then proceed towards Wendover Woods from Hastoe Cross and continue through Pavis Wood before arriving at the Wendover Woods Visitor Centre for our refreshment break. With stunning views along the way the return leg of the walk takes us via Aston Hill and through Buckland Hoo before arriving back at Tring Park. The route follows paths through parkland, woods and open pasture with several short sections touching on quiet country lanes. Following a short ascent at the start of the walk the route is relatively flat with a gradual downhill section through the woods on our return trip towards Tring.
