Overview

Relatively brisk with pauses at places of interest. Not very hilly.
Lots of variety, including the tranquil Streamside Walk footpath through Tring.
A cafe stop in Tring before the last half hour.

From the Tring Park Woodlands Trust carpark, we cross Hastoe Lane and take the low path through Batcock Wood to West Leith and head over the A41 past the new housing estate on the West of Tring.
We follow the Wendover Arm tow-path to Little Tring and Tringford Reservoir, reaching Tring at Heygates flour mill. We follow a lovely footpath through Tring to St.Peter and St.Paul Church and take refreshment at a town centre cafe, suggest the Little Waffle Shop.
Afterwards we take the footpath past Tring Museum, and over the serpentine bridge into Tring Park admiring views as we wind our way around back to the carpark.
Dog friendly. A few stiles and probably horses.
