We are the Morpeth Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Parking at Seaton Sluice, we catch a bus and metro to North Shields for the start of the walk. The walk will be mainly on paths and take us along the coast to Tynemouth, through Whitley Bay and along the cliffs back to Seaton Sluice.
Meet at Newmarket East car park in Morpeth at 08.50 for a 09.00 start. Note: this is earlier than our normal meeting time as we need to get a bus at Seaton Sluice.
Park at Fountainheads car park by the roundabout in Seaton Sluice at 09.35. We will take a bus to Whitley Bay and then a Metro to North Shields for the start of the walk. Money/passes for bus and metro required.
