We are the Mid Sussex Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Sussex Ouse Valley Way and Viaduct (with classic view through the 37 archways), Cherry Lane, Pilstye Wood, Half Moon PH (lunch), Balcombe Lake, Ardingly Reservoir. 214m of ascent mainly in the morning courtesy of the High Weald ups and downs; NB: with a fair few stiles. Easier afternoon return leg mostly downhill and and then level (but can be muddy!) around the reservoir. Pub lunch at The Half Moon Inn (GBG).
