This is a lovely, generally level, walk in the Severn Valley crossing from Worcestershire into Shropshire. It features sheep pastures and wooded sections. We will pass Arley Arboretum (one of the oldest in the country), stroll along th banks of Sabrina - the River Severn as it flows and ripples along, pass a site of a former coalmine, and all to the backdrop of the preserved steam railway. Our lunch stop will be at Highley Station, where there is also a pub and toilets.
Otherwise toilets are rural until we get back to Arley.
Post walk refreshments can be purchased at the Harbour Inn
