We are Herts Weekend Walkers, HWW for Short . We are aimed at people who are normally working during the week and can usually only find time to get outside and enjoy a walk at the weekend.

We meet in front of The Feathers in Wadesmill. A nice winter walk passes the old Cold Christmas church and out into the countryside. We take in Barwick Ford, Sawtrees Wood before returning via a part of the Harcamlow Way and through the Youngsbury Estate.
We will finish back at The Feathers, where everyone is welcome to join us for a refreshment afterwards. The walk and pub are dog friendly.
There is no need to pre-book or contact the leader in advance. If already a Ramblers member, please bring your Ramblers card (or membership details on the app) as we submit a register to Ramblers before we start the walk.
Walkers who are completely new to Ramblers are welcome to attend up to 3 walks prior to joining, after which we will ask that you sign up to become a member.
If the pub car park is full, please park with courtesy around the village.
We meet outside the Feathers public house. 49 Cambridge Rd, Wadesmill, Ware SG12 0TN. Parking is available in the pub car park and the village.
