Starting at the Sanctuary car park at Overton hill, we carefully cross the road, and take a byway to get to the White Horse Trail. We follow that until we get to the Wansdyke. We then head along the Ridgeway back to the beginning. We have a few ancient sites to see, as well as a newer attraction, the East Kennet Garden Feature. This is a walk where the first half is uphill , and then the second half is downhill, with a small climb to finish.

Please bring a small picnic or refreshments, which we will have once we finish the climbing.
