Back to Salem this week for a 3 mile walk along quiet lanes and footpaths. No stiles and one hill. The walk will be taken at a leisurely pace and involves some uneven ground and overgrown sections where the rushes are waist high ! So good boots and trousers required. There are some lovely views towards the Carmarthen fans along the way.
Meet Llandeilo station at 10am to car share and the walk will leave Salem village hall at 10.30am where there is limited parking alongside the road.
And Refreshments in Salem hall after the walk - £5 contribution to hire of the hall and ingredients.
