Overview

From Water's Edge Visitor Centre, a brisk walk along the Humber to link up with the Wildlife Trust group. Then a nature walk around Far Ings reserve, and back to Water's Edge. Afterwards an optional drink/lunch at the Sloop Inn. Refreshments and toilets available at both visitor centres. Sorry NO DOGS on this walk, they are not allowed in the nature reserve.

There is an option for a 3 mile walk if you join at Far Ings Visitor Centre, 10.30 start. NB there are two Lincs Wildlife Trust buildings in Far Ings Road, the Visitor Centre is ///retina.suave.beads on What 3 Words. Free parking.

Meet outside the entrance at Water's Edge Visitor Centre, Maltkiln Road, Barton Upon Humber, North Lincolnshire DN18 5JR. Free parking. Barton Station 15 mins walk. NOTE EARLIER THAN USUAL START TIME, 10AM SHARP, so aim to reach the car park by 9.45.
