Overview

Starting at Seven Springs, we will follow the stream for 15 mins, then a brief ascent away from the water. From then on the path is either level or downhill and easy going. Just under 3 miles, so a great walk for beginners as well as the regulars. No facilities at this car park, however if needed, there are 2 great pubs less than 5 mins drive – The Barley Mow on the way to Stafford and the Woseley Arms on the way to Rugeley.
