Overview

Wells-next-the-Sea is nestled between Holkham beach and the unique bird sanctuary of Blakeney Point. Wells has a quay with wonderful views, a charming town with leafy Georgian Square and on Staithe Street you'll find a mix of traditional and contemporary shops as well as eateries.

A visit to Holkham will exceed all expectations, a place of rich and diverse landscapes. Think parkland alive with deer and mighty oaks, a walled garden bursting with blooms and heritage, a nature reserve thrumming with wildlife, farmland abundant in wildflowers and hedgerows, and an expansive beach backed by sand dunes and pine forests.
