This circular walk includes Wenlock Edge, passing through fields, Much Wenlock High St and woodland before returning to the car park. Joint with Wolverhampton Ramblers.
We leave the meeting point in Walsall promptly at 08:45am. The start time is the time the actual walk is due to start.
We regret we cannot allow dogs other than registered assistance dogs on Walsall Group walks.
Booking is not necessary for this walk.
Car sharing recommended due to restricted parking space.
Please notify the leader if you intend to travel direct to the walk start.
Walkers will need a packed lunch.
Car park in Daw End Lane, Rushall, opposite McDonald's.
National Trust Wenlock Edge car park, Stretton Road, Much Wenlock. M54 to junction 6, take 2nd exit (A5223 Ironbridge), follow A5223 to Jiggers Roundabout, take 3rd exit (A4169 Much Wenlock), at bottom of hill turn L to stay on A4169, follow A4169 to Gaskell Arms junction, R onto A458 (Shrewsbury), L onto B4371 (Church Stretton), car park is on R after 0.3 miles.
