Overview

The Cambridge Ramblers Group is planning to walk the West Anglian Way one section a month.  This section is between Whittlesford Parkway and Newport.  The walk passes through the villages of Duxford, Hinxton and Ickleton, then along a chalk ridge with long distance views either side.   The full distance is 12 miles, but it would be possible to shorten the walk to 10 miles and end at Audley End train station. Bring food and drink for the day, the lunch stop will be near Strethall Church.  Facilities at the train stations only.
